I’ve been coming here regularly for a while now, and it’s easily become one of my go to spots. The atmosphere is always welcoming without feeling overdone, and the consistency keeps me coming back. The cocktails deserve a special mention. They’re all genuinely excellent. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or a bit more creative, you really can’t go wrong. It’s clear a lot of care goes into the drink menu, and it shows in every glass. As for the food, there are a couple of standout items I always recommend. The escargot is an absolute must try, rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time. And if you’re deciding between mains, you can’t miss with either of the two burgers they offer. Both are cooked just right, packed with flavor, and easily among the best options on the menu. Overall, it’s the kind of place that gets the details right, from drinks to dishes, and keeps you looking forward to your next visit.

Jenna was so awesome!! It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we wanted something different. We got small plates, he had mushroom tart which was so delicious. I ordered the wagyu steak tartare. Had it delivered with Charcuterie and Fromage. Nibbled and enjoyed the entire evening. Thank you so much. Jenna started us off with glasses of Prosecco and we finished with Creme Brulee with a personal note from Jenna. She was an outstanding server.

Sat at the bar and it was very comfortable, oysters were delicious but, the escargot was beyond amazing. If you have the opportunity it’s a must do.

A great place for brunch with fabulous jazz live music. I love the Eggs Benedict (one of the best ever) and the French toast is great too. The jazz violinist is awesome. The moules frites and the wine selection are fabulous. Wonderful service (the proverbial actor as a waiter). I recently came back for dinner and live jazz (every Wednesday night). The French onion soup was awesome as was the halibut. I also loved the cheese platter and of course the music. Still one of the best restaurants in Asbury Park. Also an excellent Coq au vin. Great merch too. I love the "Pascal & Sabine" sweatshirt.

I took my four-year-old daughter to Pascal & Sabine, knowing it’s a high-end restaurant, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous about how it might go. She’s very respectful, but I wasn’t sure how the staff would feel about having a young child there. From the moment we sat down, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our waitress was beyond friendly, and even other staff members stopped by our table to say hello and compliment her—it truly made the evening special. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the entire experience was flawless. We had such a wonderful evening. No complaints at all—can’t wait to go back

We dined here last night, and the owner’s expertise is unmistakable. It feels like a high-caliber New York establishment, reflecting a rare standard of care. The entire meal was incredible—especially the steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection. My compliments to the chef!

The service truly made this place unforgettable! Our server knew exactly what to suggest, sharing a little story for each dish along with perfect pairings. I was thoroughly impressed with their cocktails, mussels, and the French onion soup. The escargots didn’t wow me as much, as I’ve had nicer versions elsewhere, yet the outstanding service made us want to turn this into our regular date-night spot!

We sat at the bar for about 3 hours and never felt rushed. The service is top notch, food is prepared with love and attention to detail. Chef Jeremy knocked it out the park! Get the charcuterie, the oysters and the duck. All of our food was incredible.

Partner and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary here and everything was quality. We ordered the Fromage platter as a starter and were very happy with the selection presented. Partner ordered the ratatouille and I ordered the Mrs. Smith burger +egg and truffle fries. As we had plenty of driving and family to see ahead of us, we refrained from drinking any of the good looking cocktails and got sparkling water instead. Let the ratatouille sit for a moment as it is served in the pan it is cooked in and maintains heat for longer than you might expect. Burger was delicious, though I may order medium next time instead of medium-rare to save the bottom bun a bit. We look forward to coming back. Music volume started out at a good level but as more patrons came in the volume kept ratcheting up.

One of the most exquisite meals I’ve had in a long time! It was my friend’s birthday dinner and they absolutely nailed it from the service to the drinks. This place is absolutely incredible! And definitely get the steak for two you will not be disappointed. It comes with Shishido peppers and french fries.
